Hi! I am a computational biologist currently working at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT using genome-wide CRISPR KO screens to identify drug targets that will help patients overcome tumor resistance to immunotherapy. I’m an aspiring physician-scientist with a passion for exploring new problems at the intersection of bioinformatics, genomics, and oncology. I also enjoy reading science-fiction thrillers, singing in the shower, cheering on Manchester United on the weekend, and taking walks on cool winter mornings to collect my thoughts, and then hopefully writing them down.
I was born and spent my childhood in Sri Lanka before migrating to the US. I recently graduating from Duke University with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering and Minor in Chemistry and now live in Boston!
